• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without prior authorization.

• Items returned after the 7-day claim period.

Process for Returns

2. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect products (if applicable).

3. Once approved, ship the items back to our designated return address.

Refunds & Replacements

• After inspection, we will either:

• ✅ Issue a refund (for the value of the product only).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders
